The 4 pound hat is 12 inches around. The overalls are 8 to 12 inches around the waist. The overalls are completely adjustable and can be sized a few inches larger or smaller. You can easily push the buttons out and pull them through any hole. Then flatten them out and they will stay in place. The 4 pound booties are 2-1/2 inches from toe to heel. Each item can fit a little bigger because the yarn is soft and stretchy. Easy care - machine wash and dry. If you hand wash, then lay flat to dry. 100% acrylic yarn.
