memi_mina @pcshopper This dress is not fitted at the waist or hip. The under bust is 28” around. The bust is adjustable with the back tie. For further reference, the model is a size 0, likely a B cup. I can also fit it comfortably and I am a size 4/6, D cup. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
