They are very comfortable with the heel being a block- style heel offering support for those long days at the office. True to size. They were purchased last year from the Neiman Marcus outlet store so they were out on the sales floor on the display racks. And while they do not have any significant flaws at all, this does explain why the soles don't look 100% pristine.
