jjulie3 Hey Ann I received the earrings. One of the earrings doesn’t lock into place and was actually detached from the cardboard. The other earring looks in place and is very sturdy. I’m scared to wear the other as I think it will liking fall off.

ecprep @jjulie3 they have never even been tried on. I received them as a Bunko gift and don’t wear hoops or costume jewelry. They were secure on the packaging when I carefully packed them. Do you have a kate spade store nearby? They will swap them or give you a credit for something else in the store.

jjulie3 @ecprep I do not have a store near me and do not feel comfortable doing that. I have not worn them so they are still new. I was confused by your comment.... they are simply unwearable and I am requesting a return
