NIB Stuart Weitzman Genna 25 OTK Boots 5.5

Never worn over the knee leather leather boots by Stuart Weitzman, size 5.5. I bought it at Nordstrom Rack for $399+tax, the original tags are still attached. There are very small blemishes from when I purchased them (see pics) but not typically noticeable. Comes with original box and dust bag. Unfortunately my calves cannot fit these. All offers considered :)
