Brand new, I never used it or opened it. Figurine is about 4 in tall, give or take. Box has some wear and tear/flaws as pics show. I have several of these in stock so each box may have its own different normal flaws. All Measurements are shown in pictures, Measurements are most of the time spot on but can be off by a little, so please do not hold me to any of these measurements, they are just a rough estimate.
