NIB Shein Black Short w/wings

This is marketed as a small dress but there is no way unless someone who wears XS wears it with a belt. It fits great as a men’s LT shirt or XL shirt. It says small but is big on my husband who tried it on for me and he wears large tall. The wings on back are iridescent and almost look as if they glow in the dark. Great for a weekend motorcycle ride or as a dress for the ladies. #M1
