@diansdsign great thanks your add states unlocked then it says att. so I need to truly know if it is unlocked for all carries and if the tablet is BRAND NEW amd not REFURBISHED?

@horsmama I apologize. Poshmark locked my account and deleted my closet for 3 days. I had no other way to communicate with you. In response to your questions. The Samsung E is NEW- NEVER used, not refurbished. It is locked. You would have to go to AT&T /deviceunlock website or go to your Verizon store to have rep unlock the tablet for set up. I hope this is helpful. Again, sorry for the delayed response. I had no control over this situation.
