NIB RARE JAY STRONGWATER HEART SCROLL CRYSTAL ENAMEL HANGING FRAME ORNAMENT

This is a RARE Jay Strongwater Heart Hanging Ornament Frame. This LOVELY picture frame was purchased from Neiman Marcus. I believe it is from the St. Petersburg collection. VERY RARE!! It is accented with LOVELY Swarovski crystals and marked with the Jay Strongwater logo on the back. Made of enamel and finished in a gold. It comes from a non-smoking home. BRAND NEW in the original box. No missing crystals. Measures 2"H (at highest point) by approximately 2 1/8"W (at widest point.) It holds a 1 1/4" round picture. It comes with a Jay Strongwater booklet in a vellum envelope. There is wear to the box from being stored..the plastic covering on the front with the Jay Strongwater logo is coming loose...see pic.
