The new excellent condition and in the original box. Beautiful man-made velvet fabric material on the heel boot and shaft. Heel is 2.5 inches high. Shaft is a soft sock style. That is 23 inches high. Partial inside the foot zipper opening. Shaft does have a very small amount of stretch to the material. Slightly rounded almond shaped toe gives this boot a very classic look that will last for a long time.
