Hi!
Is the heel part of the sole different on the shoe on the left? Looks like part of the heel is missing? Does it need to be replaced? Or is that just a shadow?

nothing is missing. as is often the case, the right shoe was tried on in the store, those minor signs of being tried on are showing on the bottom. these Alaias with hearts are my last pair, they look fantastic and will sell for Valentines day!
