NHL Blackhawks jersey top

Unfortunately, my grandson cut the tags off, but I’m guessing a men’s small. Here are the measurements: pit to pit 24” lying flat, shoulder to hem 25”, sleeve length from mid-shoulder to end is 24 1/2”. I do know it is an official NHL jersey. There is a slight snag in back as shown by the last picture.
