laelconklin2 hello so I am not sure the measurements of the hat, it's OSFM, I don't have the right tape measure. It does run small cause the bill seems small to me and I had to adjust it for it to fit my head. I'll include some more pics of it on.

laelconklin2 @alexberry78 OK I did the string trick, where you put the string in the hat and measure it and it measured 21' which on a hat size chart is small.
