NEW💐Urban Outfitters Satin Tie Shoulder Mini Dress - Lime Green

Brand new with tags Endless Blu dress from Urban Outfitters! Lime green satin with adjustable tie top shoulders, slight cowl neckline, and a tiny thigh slit on the left. Side-zip closure. $48 Retail. It used to come with a waist tie, but I lost it. Two tiny pin pricks on each side of the waist from where I removed the belt loops--not very noticeable and otherwise brand new! Size large.
