NEW-Off shoulder blouse with self-tie ribbon

À super cute and stylish off the shoulder blouse with self tie bows on the arm. As shown in photo of how the top looks when worn. Also I showed in photos how it looks prior to being tied and how it would be just tied. Super cute striped look for a casual look. Says one size, but fits more like a Xsmall/small. Chest is ~ 34”, length is 18.6”. The shoulder has elastic bands on both sides to give it some extra stretch. New without tags.
