NEW Meaneor Dressy Dress

NWT Pretty deep turquoise dress. The fitted bodice is lined under sequined lace, except at the shoulders. Back zip. Full skirt over lining. I have added this belt, not original, but I think it works, you could add your own, or take the loops off. Size S/4 measures 34 at chest, 30 at waist. Full skirt. 37 long from shoulder to hem.
