@amygalapagos thank you, that's such a great question :) well, i don't want to make it complicated, but the honest answer is, each pair of honey distressed is unique in the leather's grain & texture, and depth & tone of colour~~ they truly each have their own light & spirit they emit.
in contrast, these burnished nubuck suedes, because they are brushed, tend to maintain a consistent tone & texture from pair to pair. and they put out a warm and tactile glow, almost velvety.
