NEW with tags Crochet Cut-Out Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jeaninetsou. Loved it for stagecoach! but ready to rotate for something new. I also tied knots and tape to the ends of the strings bc they kept coming out of the loops and impossible to put back in. Questions? Leave a comment below!
