NEW vintage Nehru matte eyeshadow; muted bluish black NEHRU MATTE eyeshadow is in packaging from the '80's & '90s—screw on lid 😳 MAC described Nehru matte as a muted bluish black, but some people don’t see the blue undertone & others do. Some love that it’s not harsh bold black. Idk—never tried it. It’s just sat in one of my eyeshadow drawers forever!!
