NEW without tags dog bees yellow poncho with hoodie. Measure around the largest part of your dog's chest (under arms) 22-24 inches; length of back from back of neck to just above the tail 14-16 inches would fit this poncho. There's a slot in poncho to put leash through. Washed but never worn. Didn't know I bought the wrong size until after taking off tags and washing it :( no defects!
