NEW black & white animal print dress

New (didn’t come with tags) black & white animal print dress from Filly Flair and can’t be returned online. Super cute dress but too big for me. Size medium and true to size, I should have ordered a small. I’m 5’4” and petite, the top of the dress is too big. Elastic waist and pockets, SO SOFT! Perfect lightweight summer knee length dress.
