closetjule @hilarytoms sorry you feel that way! They were sold out, and there are people who would love one and have asked to buy one. ❤️

hilarytoms @closetjule Wait did you just delete my most recent comment? This ties into dishonestly. People, she received this for free. She’s not upfront about it. I honestly hope you have the worst karma in the world for this. Who the heck takes a free gift with purchase, doesn’t call that out, and tried to charge people $45 for it? Reporting you.

hilarytoms By the way, I have one at home I don’t wait. It’s free and up for grabs for anyone interested. Message me, I won’t steal your money

closetjule @hilarytoms I am sorry you feel the need to report me. Other people who are selling the same item. Yes, it was free with an $800 purchase and it was a limited edition item that quickly was out of stock. Many people would like to buy one for a nominal amount because 1) they didn’t make a purchase at the time, and 2) the inventory ran out. I’m not “making” anyone buy anything. If they want to buy it, they will buy it, and if they don’t, they won’t. It’s a pandemic, let’s be nice to each other.

asherry @hilarytoms Reporting her for what? People can choose to buy or not buy. It's a fair item to sell. what are you so upset about? Nobody has to verify they didn't receive clothing they sell here as a Christmas gift!

hilarytoms @asherry Reporting for not being honest. She revived this as free gift, doesn’t call that out in the description, and asks for $45. If the description said hey, this was free but I’m selling it for $45, fine. But this wasn’t disclosed and she’s upselling unknowing patrons. If she’s transparent, cool. If not, not cool.

hilarytoms @asherry Also, we as humans are going through the hardest times in our lives. People are strapped for cash. To mislead in this scenario makes me want to cry. Money is precious these days. Why misrepresent and lie to each other?!
Jan 10Reply
asherry
asherry @hilarytoms I think your definition of "lying" is a bit extreme. She omitted extraneous info, and gave it a fair market value. Treatening to report someone where there could be repercussions when she has such high ratings and clearly has done well by her buyers seems outsized. I think you should put this in perspective.

asherry
asherry @hilarytoms if money is precious, don't buy a manicure kit for $45 you don't want! It's a free market! Using the pandemic to make your bizarre point is tacky.

closetjule @hilarytoms I’m sorry you feel this way. These comments are bordering on harassing. Other people are selling this item - why not comment on their posts? Plenty of people sell dust bags that they got for “free” with a purchase of $800 shoes. Is it wrong to sell those? What about influencers who sell items they got for free? No one is being forced to buy this item. Please move on from my page. Thank you.

hilarytoms
hilarytoms @asherry Disagree. I have the same kit at home with purchase and I would never list it for money. I would give it away for free. Clearly you’re not empathetic to all the people struggling for money during this incredibly difficult time. That’s your business but I really hope you learn to see other perspectives and how misrepresenting things can screwover uneducated poor people. Please, learn compassion.

hilarytoms
hilarytoms It’s underrated but needed in our society, especially in this era. The fact that you can’t see this makes me sad for you. I wish you the best.
Jan 10Reply
asherry
asherry @hilarytoms the fact that you think this is a measure of compassion is what's sad. I can think of a lot of terrible ways uneducated or poor people get screwed over, but this manicure kit someone may choose to buy or not buy, and can return if not satisfied, is not one of them.
Jan 10Reply
hilarytoms
hilarytoms @asherry So then why not list in the description that it was received for free, but selling it for market value? Why be dishonest? Agree, people can buy stuff for whatever price but they should know the background. I wouldn’t list my free products without noting that they were free and that I was upselling them for market value. Clearly you guys just care about the money though.
Jan 10Reply
hilarytoms
hilarytoms I hope you move past that and learn to be transparent and kind. Sell what you want, but give the full story. Times are tough and people don’t deserve deception.
Jan 10Reply
hilarytoms
hilarytoms @closetjule Welp, you can all hang out together and laugh about the free items you sold without disclosing to your buyers that you got them for free. Hope you feel good about yourself! And yep, moving on. This is awful.
Jan 10Reply
asherry
asherry @hilarytoms No, not the money. Fairness. I just think your disparagement was unwarranted. That's all.
Jan 10Reply
closetjule
closetjule @hilarytoms if you feel this strongly, why are you only commenting on this listing? The *same* item is for sale by others. Plus this app is filled with other items that came with a purchase that other Poshers are selling. Rest assured, with the litany of comments here, everyone now knows the history of this item. No one is being deceived (and no one was being deceived before).
Jan 10Reply
hilarytoms
hilarytoms @asherry Wouldn’t have come up if you’d been honest in your description, especially during a pandemic. Sorry for calling out the truth. Hope the $45 is worth it.
Jan 10Reply
hilarytoms
hilarytoms if she’d
Jan 10Reply
hilarytoms
hilarytoms @asherry You’re entitled to your opinion. How do you think uneducated folks feel when they buy an item at 2000% appreciation without knowing the seller got it for free? I just can’t deal with this in this day and age. Let’s be honest and kind to each other. Things suck and transparency is huge

nancythetall @hilarytoms What uneducated poor person is buying a manicure kit? It’s not insulin, for crying out loud.
