From my reserves, super RARE Kamalita's Heart dress by Zhen Nymph, Californian indie small batch designer. She uses natural materials. The designer is currently on a long hiatus and not selling any clothes. Flattering yet soft and comfortable. Adjustable shoulder ties. Side slit. Soft fabric with a lot of stretch, I think it is a cotton blend. I have not seen another one of these for sale ever, and I am an avid Zhen Nymph collector. It simply does not fit me.
