NEW YORK STYLE Floral Dress Button Up Tie Back Vintage 90s Tag Size 14 Medium Fit I believe this dress is 90s, but I’m no expert. It’s definitely vintage, made in Hong Kong. Very much a style of the time in rayon, which was so often used. I think this is sort of a moss green with mauve purple hues flowers. No collar, V Neckline. Short sleeves, shoulder pads of course, easily removed (one is attached with a safety pin). The short tie in the back gives some adjustability as far as fit. Tighten or loosen as needed. Buttons are covered in the same fabric. Please note that one button is missing but thanks to the pattern and the plethora of buttons, it should not be noticed. It’s near the bottom and you can move another one there if you prefer. I would say this is a midi to maxi length depending on your height. The tag says 14 but if you know vintage, you know that it doesn’t always match modern sizing. I’d say it runs closer to a 10-1 or medium, but it’s best to compare measurements.
