Reposhing this item I purchased from @believer13. Love it but it’s too small in my bust area. This top is a chameleon as you can wear it dressy or casual. The blue color is soft yet vibrant; the kind of color that lights you up. The fabric is light but not see through and the back of the blouse is a soft knit in matching blue.
