Brand new with tags. Junior's size medium, Joe Boxer white cover-up skirt. Elastic and drawstring waist. Very soft. Looks like a Terry material. There is one callout. It does have a snag (pictured), but it is not a hole. No stains. All items are cross posted on various other websites.
