NEW Womens Sisley dress pants

Brand new with tags, capri length, black/navy blue color but looks more black, pinstripe (as shown in third photo), total length is 33in, inseam is 23in, rise is 13.5in, pant opening is 12in, waist is 18in, has 5 belt loops, button and hook closure in front, two pockets in front and two pockets in back (back pockets are still sewn), folded cuff on bottom, size is 38 but please refer to Italian sizing - it is not 38 inches. I think these would fit someone who normally wears size XS in clothing
