Stretch jeans with elastic waist Soft, not stiff. Size 24W, NWOT. These jeans are 81% cotton, 17% polyester and 2% spandex. These are pull on jeans by the way. These have approximately a 45" waist unstretched. The hip measures approximately 51" unstretched and a 28" inseam. All measurements are done by hand and are approximate. joy_lowry @chasin_dwight I am so sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I had a doctor's appointment and he sent me for some tests. The waist is around 45" and stretches to around 50". The hips are around 52". I hope that helps you out. If I can help you with anything else please let me know. Again, I am sorry!
