NEW Winter Boots lace up navy & white

I think I may have worn these once if at all but they do have a couple spots on them (probably from being in closet). I live in FL so am sure I bought for vacation. I don’t see a size but I wear a size 9 and provided pictures with measurements. They are mostly navy blue colored with what I’m sure is fake navy colored fur and laces.
