This dress is size small and made by The Edit by Seventeen. It is made with 88% cotton and 12% polyester and is machine washable. It measures approximately 16 1/2" across at the bust, the elastic waist measure 10 1/2" across and it is approximately 29" in length. It is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very cute dress.
