p_sim FYI: you can’t market an item as “Navajo” unless it was made by a Navajo person or from Navajo nation. Navajo Nation brought a lawsuit against Urban Outfitters about 10 years ago for this reason. Additionally, check out the “Indian Arts and Crafts Act” which prohibits sellers from misrepresenting their product as an Indian product, Indian made, or of a specific Indian tribe or individual.
