NEW WITH TAGS - Floor length dress

Floor length chiffon, light blue bridesmaid dress. Brand new with tags still on it! Strapless and includes extra clasp on the inside for support. Thick/heavy fabric with lining. Was ordered based on custom measurements (35 bust, 29 waist, 39 hips). I am 5’3 and dress is a little long (can be hemmed or worn with tall heels). Based on measurements, would be approximately a size Small/2-4. Has a very tiny spot/stain on the front (as shown in photo). Will consider reasonable offers!
