NEW Urban Outfitters crushed velvet beaded shorts

Ecote brand, awesome shorts from Urban Outfitters. Sparkly beaded detailing.... these were supposed to be festival shorts but I fell in love with another outfit. They still have the bag attached that contains the extra beads if they ever lose any. Size 4. Measures 14” across waist and 16.5” across hips.
