NEW UNREAD MINT Ghost Rider 3 Marvel Comics w/KINGPIN Bagged & Boarded

Up for sale is a new, unread Ghost Rider #3 comic by Marvel Comics. This issues features the Kingpin. I bought this comic new way back in 1990, never read it, put it in a bag with a backer board and stored it away. I am not a professional grader so please look at the pictures to see if you agree with me on its' condition . I would say it is near mint to mint. It's new, unread, glossy cover, sharp edges, good corners overall. I will ship with the bag and board. I collected many many comics over the years and I am slowly putting them up for sale. Almost everything I have is new, unread, been stored in bags with boards since I bought them.
