I had received this as a replacement for the original one I received that had come with a shattered shade (Also sold on here), and I packed it up and had forgotten about it. I have not used this at all, and I do not have the box because I usually don't save them. This does come with the protective sleeve and plastic cover as seen in the photos. Brand New!
