NEW! Turquoise and white dress or cover up S/M

I love this dress! It came straight from a boutique in Hawaii and I was just too busty for it. It’s a medium but I would say it would fit a small or non-busty medium. Some would call it tie dye and others would call it ombre. I just call it fabulous! Fades from white to mint to turquoise. As a dress it would look great with a bandeau or bralette. The back is what makes it. Spaghetti straps are adjustable and it’s made of a really soft material. Lots more swim in my closet! Bundle to save
