To use: Twist the bottom of the applicator until gel flows freely from the tip of the brush. To create a sheer wash of color on the cheeks, apply sparingly to the high apple of the cheek and pat gently using your ring finger. To achieve the look of a lip stain, apply directly to the lips and pat with a fingertip to blend. Smoke free home.
