NEW Topps Garbage Pail Kids GPK Classic Series Tee-Vee Stevie w/ Collector Card

This is a brand new Garbage Pail Kids figurine produced by Topps in the 2020's. It is from the Classic Series and is called Tee-Vee Stevie. Including the stand, the figure is about 2.5" tall.
