NEW Tokyo Bay double wrap wristwatch blue floral

NEW in original box Tokyo Bay double wrap wristwatch Double wrap strap, one light blue, the other a pretty blue and green small floral pattern. Never worn with tags attached and plastic cover over watch face. Japanese quartz. Runs on a battery - this is an older vintage watch that is NOT currently working - would hope it would do so with a new battery, but I do not know.
