NEW Sz L Navy/Floral shift dress

Size Large -Altar’d State Navy/Teal color floral print long sleeve lined shift dress with bell sleeve detail. Collar neckline that buttons in back, open front and keyhole back. *Has a very small snag (have to look hard to see) at left sleeve/shoulder and can see some of the lighter thread in fabric at bottom hem- might be part of pattern.
