NEW Star shaped 18" Handmade Red/White/Blue rag-tie patriotic wreath

This is a new handmade star shaped wreath. I make wreaths using the rag-tie method, which is a little time consuming, but the results are great. This is a fluffy red, white & blue one made from new material left over from other projects. It has a large pretty white satin ribbon bow at the bottom. Can be used indoors or outside. I do suggest that if you hang it outside for any length of time that you put it in an area protected from the sun (will cause material to fade faster) and strong wind.
