@anyancey14 Hi there! Sorry for the late response. I can't find anything on here that indicates that it was from China, though I can't stay with 100% certainty of course. these were all from a beach gift shop that specialized in local artists, so if I had to hazard a guess it was likely someone/an artist from the East Coast that made it.
