NEW Silver Surfer #114 George Perez 1996 Sentinel of the Spaceways MARVEL COMICS

Up for sale is a New unread Silver Surfer #114 comic book by Marvel Comics. I bought this comic new in 1996, never read it, put it in a bag with a backer board and stored it away. I am not a professional grader so please look at the pictures to see if you agree with me on its' condition . I would say it is Near Mint. It's new, unread, good color, glossy cover, good edges, good corners overall. The spine looks imperfect so I chose near mint. I will ship with the bag and board. I collected many many comics over the years and I am slowly putting them up for sale. Almost everything I have is new, unread, been stored in bags with boards since I bought them.
