NEW Short Dress with Colorful Flowers

Brand new short, tight (form-fitting) dress with flower pattern in front and plain black in back. Some flowers on top have rhinestones. Sheer top with a sweetheart cut connecting to sheer part. Has an elastic band on top. Very soft and comfortable and not too short! Fits a small or medium. Has built in cups as well.
