gingerwashere @kkb2003 Hi! Thank you for your interest. This dress is approx 40.5" from top of strap to hem in either size with straps fully extended. With straps adjusted to accommodate approx a B cup breast, the measurements from top of strap (shoulder) to hem are approx 1X = 36.5 / 2X= 37.
