NWT Gorgeous eye catching mesh sequin overlay fully lined in a light nude pink fabric. It has an elastic waist and waist tie belt. Outer fabric is mesh with sequins, liner is poly spandex blend. I am wearing a M and for reference I am a sz 4-6 and 5’8. It ban be worn with a sweater and boots or sandals to the beach or dressed up for a summer wedding. 40” from top of waist band to hem.

bettinab73 @stylishus good morning ☀️, the measurement from top of waist band to bottom of skirt is 40”, it’s an elastic waist and yes it comes with the belt that is half sequined fabric and the remainder is soft and easy to tie into a bow and drape.
