Brand new, still sealed! This 3-inch Pikachu figure was released as part of the 25th Anniversary celebration. It is part of Series 1 and the figure is in mint condition, with no damage. The box itself does have some noticeable scuffs and one small crack in the plastic, all documented in the photos above.
