sophiasinclare hello I have tried to reach out to you and I'm getting no response, I had asked when the mug would be shipped out days ago or if you had an idea, I wasn't aware that you don't have transportation to the post office and it's up in the air about my order. I would just like to cancel becauseI was really hoping to get this by my birthday and it's already passed.

sophiasinclare I still have to wait for the refund to come back and I paid $63 total when I could've purchased from somebody else who has transportation and communication. I've been really patient but getting a simple reply back. I only got one response from you since I've really purchased the item and Poshmark has also reached out and asked if you were shipping it or if you were just going to go ahead and cancel.
