NEW S.L Fashions traditional black social dress

This is a beautiful black dress for party or events. It has a sheer flowing layer over a satiny solid black layer underneath. It has satin/chiffon criss cross across the bust with beautiful beading in the straps to give a fun sparkly aspect. The solid under layer has some stretch to it. The flowing layer over top with an extra piece centered in the front is extremly flattering. I bought it for a party we didn't make it to so it's just sat in my closet.
