curvyinstyle @taralaneking Hi, the bust is 21.5 " across laying flat. It seems loose around top and cinched on bottom. Hope that helps

taralaneking The above description says the bust is 34". That's only 17 ". So a med is 21.5 laying flat?

curvyinstyle @taralaneking Sorry for the confusion. The above measurements in description are from the site I purchased from. The bust that I measured on a medium is 21.5" across laying flat and stretched out. It is supposed to be a looser fitting top. I measured the top laying in a more natural position and it would be like 19" across naturally. I stretched the bust out to see the maximum room you'd get. Hope I'm not confusing you more..
